How to complain about Carpetright | Furniture complaints
This page will help you file your complaint against Carpetright.
Before making your Carpetright complaint:
To be eligible to make a complaint against a trader/retailer, you must have already complained to the retailer/trader directly in writing and either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or given the airline eight (8) weeks to respond to your dispute. Consumer Arbitration can only deal with unresolved complaints.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your claim or the retailer has not responded to your claim within 8 weeks, you can file your complaint with us.
