You may have a problem or a dispute with the goods or products you purchased from Garnier or services which you have found to be unsatisfactory. Before making a complaint about Garnier
Please note that to be eligible to make a complaint against Garnier, you must have already complained to Garnier directly in writing and either received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’) or given Garnier eight (8) weeks to respond to your dispute. Consumer Arbitration can only deal with unresolved complaints.
